Using the site
The design includes keyboard navigation, clear headings, labelled controls, responsive layouts and visible focus indicators. A skip link moves keyboard users to main content.
Motion controls
“Pause motion” disables decorative animation. The site respects your device’s reduced-motion setting and can save your preference in this browser.
Text and screen size
Browser zoom can enlarge text. Layouts adapt to smaller screens and wide tables can scroll horizontally.
Accessible support
Email support@getflexi.ca if something is difficult to read, navigate or understand. Describe the feature and support needed without sensitive account details.
Feedback
Accessibility is ongoing. Feedback helps identify barriers. This describes the design approach and is not a certification of conformance.
